Do Homi products support schedules and automation?
Yes. Using the Smart Life app, you can create smart routines—such as setting lights to turn on at sunset or using a motion sensor to trigger lighting. You can also group devices for coordinated control.
Can multiple users in the household control the same device?
Yes. You can share device access within the Smart Life app. Everyone in your home can have their own control, so no need to pass phones around!
Will Homi devices continue working during internet outages?
Some basic functions like manual operation (e.g., turning the light off via a wall switch) still work. However, app features, automation, and voice assistant control will be unavailable until internet connectivity is restored.
How do I update the firmware of my Homi devices?
Firmware updates are available directly through the Smart Life app. When an update is released, you’ll receive a notification with a one-tap install to keep your devices secure and performing at their best.
What is the warranty on Homi products?
All Homi products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, contact our support team—we’re here to help.
Do Homi smart plugs and bulbs remember settings after power loss?
